Job Summary

Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services. By helping customers understand the product & answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Answer any questions the customer may have about available Ease2Bizz products and services
  • Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem.
  • Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them.
  • Call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
